In CLAT colleges are alloted on the basis of the ranks and not the marks obtained. So you need to wait for the ranks to be out. But there are chances of admission owing to your PWD category.

With science, it is going to be very difficult to give time to clat as you will be stuck up in coaching and school. If you have just entered in class 11 then you can change your stream. In arts, you should give preference to political science or legal science

The top law university in India is NLSIU. Which has an intake of 57 candidates only. So you need to get rank under 57 AIR(all india rank) in CLAT exam. The admission is done on the basis of CLAT score and rank.
