Hi Ut Singh,

It does not matter what you are doing in your graduation for applying for CLAT. The eligibility criteria for CLAT is as mentioned below.

Candidates would be eligible to apply for CLAT  if they have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of Forty-Five percent

Yes, he can definately get an admission but he/she need to make sure that he/she gets minimum of 45% in 10+2 or equivalent examination.

Dear Student,
Sorry to inform you that you need to clear CLAT to get admission in B.com LLB in Delhi University. You cannot get admission in B.com llb in DU without clearing CLAT. I suggest you to appear for CLAT next year and take a gap now for preparations. Else

CLAT 2018 Eligibility:
  • To be eligible for CLAT, the candidates must have secured:
    (a) Forty five percent (45%) marks in Qualifying Exam (Class XII or equivalent) in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved /OBC /Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and other categories.

Canditates applying for CLAT need to qualify their 12th Boards.

They need to score atleast 45% aggregate in 12th boards examination if they belong to the General category and 40% if they belong to the ST/SC category.
