Nirma University does not accept CMAT score.The University only accept CAT score and only those who have above 85+ percentile can get call from NIRMA UNIVERSTY.
But don't be disappoint, because there are many good universities that accept CMAT score.

It all depends on your abilities to perform or solve the questions. When you are good in solving simple questions with full confidence then go for MAT. When you are good in analyzing the questions then go for the CMAT exam.
Compared to MAT the difficulty level of CMAT

The main difference between CMAT and MAH CET is that CMAT scores are accepted by around 500 AICTE approved B-schools including University departments, constituent colleges, and management institutions across India whereas scores of MAH CET is accepted by Govt and some private institutes in Maharashtra.
Also, the syllabus
You will have to cover topics like Reading Comprehension. English Grammar, Jumbled Para, Sentence Correction, English Usage errors. Paragraph completion, One word substitution, Idioms, Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Improvement, Phrases. Few books that can help you are:
