AICTE does not release CMAT cut off to short list candidates for selection procedure. However many experts release CMAT cut off institutions wise only after the results are out. But you can view expected citoff for 2018 in the below link address

I am sorry to say that getting into SIMSREE & K J Somaiya will be difficult for you as last year both of them's cut-off was 99+ percentile in CMAT which is way high then
