The cutoff for CMAT at university of Kashmir goes around 180-190. If you have scores around these then apply in the college. For converting they will also bs considering the academic background.

Yes you would get a call from welingkar for the gd/pi round. As the cutoff for CMAT for the Mumbai campus will be 80 percentile and for Bangalore campur 75 percentile.
The chances of you converting the call depends on how your interview goes and the pool of candidates.
