If you are allotted seat in second phase counselling then the seat allotted in first phase counselling will gets cancelled automatically. If you are not allotted seat in any institute in second phase counselling then the seat allotted in first phase counselling will be retained as you have secured admission in the institute allotted in first phase counselling. While participating in second phase counselling you need to exercise fresh choices. No, after paying counselling fee your seat does not get confirm in college. After declaration of seat allotment of CPGET , Candidates have to confirm seat alloted to them. Candidates have to pay full admission fee to freeze their seat that means to confirm their seat in college. On basis of choices filled by candidates seat is alloted under CPGET. Candidates should claim their seat within stipulated date and time otherwise candidate will loose their seat .

With this rank, you could get a college but it is difficult for you to get a good college like Osmania university. There are lots of colleges that accept cpget scores few of them are:

• Osmania University
• Mahatma Gandhi University
• Telangana University
• Palalmuru University

And it is even difficult to predict the cut-off because cut-off tends to change every year due to the difficulty level of the paper and due to the number of people who take the exam.

You could get colleges like Satavahan University, JNTUH.
