It is impossible in your case to get a seat in cu karnataka but there are chances that you would get cu kerala as per previous year's cutoff.

At 46 marks, you can get admission in the B.Ed in the University of Jharkhand. The cut off is usually 40 for UR category, at 46 there is definitely a possibility. You can see here
