As you not mentioned your category here .  you can check last year cut off CURAJ in link given below  . If you qualify cut off and not selected for first merit list then wait for 2nd and 3rd merit list .

Hello Kasani, Masters of arts require your bachelor's degree a lot. you should have distinction passed graduation certificates with no back logs to get a good post graduate college and increase your chances pf getting a secured seat in your favorable branch and subject

Here is the eligibility criteria for m. Ed

Candidate need to have completed  b. Ed with minimum of fifty five percent marks. Also the candidates need to have two years teaching/professional experience after completion of b. Ed program in government/ government recognized school/research Institution in education.
