Company Secretary exam has 3 levels of exams including 8- months Foundation Programme, Executive Programme and Professional Programme respectively. Minimum CS Program duration is 2.5 years for graduates and 3.5 years for those with 10+2.
All 3 levels of exams are conducted twice a year in the months of June and December.
The student is systematically acquainted with the fundamentals of accounting and business practices in the Foundation Level which has 4 papers, Executive Programme is divided into 2 modules including a total of 7 papers and is focused on company laws, tax laws and company accounting and auditing practices. The Professional Programme is divided into 4 modules including a total of 8 papers. This Level focuses on company secretarial practice, corporate governance, restructuring and strategic management among other advanced topics. Each exam at each of the levels is of 4 hour-duration with a 1-hour break in between.

mba and company secretary both job has different prospect when it comes to work culture. after completing company secretary course you may work as an financial adviser. however by doing mba you may grab the post of manager in financial department of a company. in mba curriculum with the finance part there are many subjects including management. its not mandatory to do mba course from usa, canada or any foreign country. you may done your mba in india and can also grab a good job.

Hello there. Considering you are still in 9th class and don't want to be in mathematical part you still have a big decision to make. Right after your 10th you have to choose your stream in which you want to persue.
And as for being joining any company, in most the cases you need to have a degree so it might not be possible to getting directly in conpanies after 12th.
The world is changing at a very rapid speed and day after day new things are coming in front of us and for you their are still 4 years to pass your 12th and by that time no body knows how the world will change so think for all those other possible situation that can make you head of company not only a secretary.

Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) also provides campus placements in all the cities.Now as you know CS mainly as the base of law subjects and very much less focus on accounts.Along with practical knowledge alot of theoretical knowledge is covered in CS.Some part of the placements also depend upon marks secured and also if exemption is obtained.Though completing CS itself is avery tough job.A fresher CS is offerred a salary of around of Rs 28000-Rs 35000.There are room for increments and other allowances.With experience the salary may increase upto Rs 80000-Rs 90000 per month.Also after clearing CS executive secretarial practice as in internship is compulsory for candidates.
