You can pursue any of them, its depend upon on your interest. In bcom all course is related to commerce subjects like economics, accounting, business studies whereas in bba is related to management studies.
If you get oppurtunity to do bcom from DU, I think you should do it.
Firstly you need to choose one thing in which you have more interest and think would be benefit in future.
Company secretory and banking are both good fields but in compamy secretory your task will be auditing and managing company funds.
So you can accordingly decide.

Duration for the course is- 2.5 years (after graduation), 3.5 years (after Class 12)
