Dear Bhanu, there is no refund for rejected applications. The rules are pretty clear about it. Please do help us with your Category and the PSUs you might be interested in and we can help you with their respective cut offs. Because cut offs depend upon Category too.

Technically, you should get marksheet for only those subjects that are mentioned in the form. But, if you have not attended the exam for a subject that is mentioned in the form, then, your marksheet will display 'ABSESNT' for that particular subject.

Registration link isn't activated yet, it way most probably scheduled to be in August, but clearly it hasn't. Anyway, once it gets activated you'll able to see it on the official website of SSC, till then keep checking the website for latest updates-
