yes , of courses as the competition is increasing day by day. the eligibility mark will also gradually increasing.

In 2020 JEE mains the required cutoff for JEE mains is 39.0690

With some previous year records estimates at 220/300 marks percentile would range between 99.3-99.5( last year also situation was quite similar) with this percentile rank would be around 5500-7000.
