According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs with CSE branch but yes you can get CSE in some of the NITs like NIT Calicut, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa and likewise if and only if you deserves Home state quota for them and also if you are female. All NITs have some reserved seats for female aspirants which is alloted under female quota.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

According to me, I guess you should go only with that specialization in which you are interested because of course you won't want to waste your four years studying a stream in which you are not at all interested.

But now, as per the trend and scope I can suggest you to opt for the block chain technology, as this is the best field and also have good scope in this.

But as I have said earlier it's totally upto you!

Yes you can change branch but there is some conditions:

You should have more than 85% in each semester of first year

You can change branch only in second year

There should be vacant seat in that branches in which you are looking for.

You should have More percent as compare to those who all are applying for that seat.

There are various MBA specialization which you can opt for like general management, operations management, IT etc. Out of which IT is good for students coming from CSE they can relate it much more than anybody else as they will be managing employees of IT field.
