On comparing JSS and DSCE I would suggest you to go for JSS MYSORE for CSE as it has offered the fairer package to cse students. The highest package in cse branch is 15lpa and average is around 4-5lpa.

Whereas in DSCE for cse the highest package is

So with regard to your query, if you had really scored less marks or not qualified in EAMCET, then you go for the colleges which are accepting the admissions through IPE marks. These colleges include LPU University, Sastra  university, Amity University, Shiv
