Can i Do MCA after BA with computer Science. I also have Economics in 12th.. Is It possible

shivamtrivedi0005 10th Sep, 2023

Hii There,

MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is a professional postgraduate degree in the field of computer science. It offers a comprehensive blend of theoretical and practical training to students. MCA is typically pursued after completing a bachelor's degree, often by graduates of Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). The program focuses on the latest programming languages and tools for the development of advanced applications, building upon the foundation laid in BCA.

Eligibility for MCA includes being a graduate who has either completed or is in the final year of their degree in any discipline, such as science, commerce, arts, engineering, or from a recognized university. Additionally, candidates are required to have studied mathematics in their 10+2 course or during at least one year of their undergraduate program.

I hope this answers your question.

Thanks

Hello Samiti ,

The eligibility of jee mains 2024 are as follows -

  1. Candidates should pass from any recognised board or university .
  2. Candidates should opt Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in their class 12th.
  3. Candidates should secure 75% in aggregate in their class 12th.

Now coming to your area of doubt, let me tell you every year the cut offs varies depending upon the college you choose and number of candidates applying for it and number of seats in college.

If you are aiming for top NITs then you need to be under 0-2k  in all India. Then only you can get NITs like Trichy,Surathkal,Warangal, Rourkela.
