Obviously you have to sit in an entrance examination to get admitted in any college for BTech. It can be state level or a national level exam. But its compulsory to qualify one in order to get an admission in BTech CSE.

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing BCA is that the candidate must have completed 10 + 2 from a recognized institution with minimum 50% aggregate marks. The BCA graduates have a good scope in public sector organizations.

No, You can't apply since its mandatory to have Mathematics/ Statistics in your BSc course.

I got 80 marks out of 80 marks in 2020 Kerala Syllabus plus one computer science. If I score zero marks in 2021 computer science plus two exam, will I pass or fail plus two exam in that subject.
