You should go with IIIT, Vadodara since it is institute of national importance while LDCE is a reputed govt. college of Gujarat but not much famous outside gujarat.

Now for placement you won't get big MNCs like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, flipkart etc. for on campus placement at LDCE.
