According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE in any of the NITs or good colleges as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges

You need to have very higher rank in order to get into IIIT Hyderabad.  Here is the previous year cutoff for CSE- 895 and percentile of 99.9302587 and for ECE 1934 and percentile 99.837376.

So, you need to score  those crossponding percentile in order to get into IIIT-H.
