Both CSE and ECE are equally good branches of engineering , but which which one will be good for you depends upon interests and requirements.

For example,

If you are interested in electronic and don't have interest in programming then  ECE can be a better option for you

computer science and engineering is a wide branch which contains cyber security and data analysis. Computer science requires knowledge of languages such as C, C++, Java etc. Whereas Cyber security includes ethical hacking, python, R language etc. Hope you find it useful.

Coming to IIIT Hyderabad is the best institute for candidates willing to take admission in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) . But to get IIIT's for CSE department you need to score above 98% in JEE Mains . but you can get NIT's .

if you want to go for agricultural stream, then you can choose BSc in agriculture. You will be eligible for it even you don't had maths or computer science in 12th syllabus.
