For doing Computer science from my research, both are good but B.CA is slightly better than B.SC because in some of the collages B.SC computer science is provided as triple majour and you can't learn much about it.

In Amritha University Coimbatore B.SC Comouter science is not offered.B. SC in Agriculture and Data science for 5 years are available
