Keerthana, for being eligible for GATE, you should have passed Graduation in Engineering/Technology. Or alternatively have a Master's degree in relevant subject. With 90 percentile in JEE Main Paper 1, you can expect your rank to be around 1L-1.2L . With this rank, there are negligible chances of getting a NIT/IIIT.
