Dear Shalini, there are various forms that you can apply for. The most imp one as you mentioned is GATE. 

Others are-

• ISRO CS EXAM
• CAT
• GMAT
• Public Sector Banks 
• GRE/TOFEL (for doing MS from foreign universities)
• UPSC

There are various other options also but these are most widely chosed.

At the present time, if we look at the placements and the difficulty level of the branch, ECE is supposed to be a much more difficult than Computer science branch. And the placements in Computer science depratment are also very good. So the final decision rests on your interest.

As per student's reviews, there is no good placements in Kakatiya university (KUWL)  Warangal. They don't provide any internships to students and the companies which visit the campus provide around 4 lakhs per annum  And number of students who get placed is very less.

I would like to inform you that there are total 190 seats cobimed with (state qota+ Other than aurnanchal pradesh), so you if you talk about the Cse brnach there are 19 ( State qota seats and 19 other seats are available)

If we talk about infrastructure , library , labs then Guru Jambheswar is absolutely okay , rather good. In case of engineering , you need to think about placement as well. In CS Department
