How your OBC rank is high and General rank is low. There might be some mistake while writing the question.  Anyway your categorical rank is low and you can get any top college. You can get CS branch for sure even with 3650.

You can also apply for IET

Scoring well in class 12 is good but you have to keep in mind that high cut off is there for govt engineering colleges. You have not mentioned for which state and for which exam you are asking the cut-off.

Since Pimpri Chichwad College of Engineering takes admission through both JEE Mains and MHT-CET , so you can apply for through them . Now , if you apply through your JEE Mains score you need to first clear the cutoff for 2019 JEE Mains as per your category.

According to previous years, your rank should be below 500 to get a seat in computer science engineering at Sastra University. But there are no official cutoff for shastra university. This answer is based on the rank of students previously taken admission.

D.Pharma is a 2 year fulltime course. The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognized educational board.

Some of the entrance exams comducted for D. Pharm in India are:

• GPAT
• UPSEE
• JEE Pharmacy
• AU AIMEE Pharmacy

Sorry but with just 81 marks cs branch as well as top college is not possible. 

You need to score above 115 to get cs branch in top college through comedk but you may get cause branch in low college. I hope you understood.

If you are from tamilnadu i.e., if you have state Quota then you can get both CSE and ECE in coimbatore. If you are from other state then you can't get any of the branches CSE or ECE.
