 getiing cse at this percentile would be difficult in MNIT jaipur but you can try other branches, you have a chance there. Or, if you want cse only, try out some other NITs. All the best.

btech cse is best in INDORE also good in jabalpur but indore comes the first as you have IIT indore is placed first over all IIt's last year.

So,according to me over all the mentioned colleges indore is best option go for it.
