In DU, cut off for B.Sc is calculated on the basis of the marks you scored in your 12th in PCM/PCB. For B.sc in Computer Science, the cutoffs are calculated as the accumulated marks you scored in 12th in mathematics, one language subject and two best elective subjects.

With a score of 118, based on the previous year cut-offs your rank will be around 900. At this rank, it is highly unlikely that you get admission in CSE at RV College of Engineering as the closing rank is between 300 to 400.
