Hey Aspirant home state quota comes under thw norms which are the codes and conducts of the college. As like the management quota is not there but yes for the SC/ST/OBC quota is there. So you need to check for the same in order to get the admission there.

NIT raipur is somewhat better than the rest two, i.e. IIIT Naya Raipur and Bangalore Institute of Technology. It is further an institute with decent placements as compared to these. Also, as compared to these, it has a decent NIRF Ranking too, which IIIT Raipur does not have.

Hi Divyanshu, In my opinion, the priority of a student should be branch. Choose that college which can offer you your preferred branch. Colleges above have medium difference in quality with IET being the better one.
