With this rank it's not possible to get CSE Branch in any of the good colleges.

My suggestion would be to try joining BITs, VIT University, etc and get into them. They are equally good. I know it's considered that getting into a good government college is much better

Yes you might get the CSC branch in first phase of counselling as last year closing rank was 15000 for CSC branch

According to your rank and previous year opening and closing ranka if NIT Calcutta given in the josaa website you will not get NIT Calicut(CSE Branch) under home state quota.
