Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General, Ladies, PWD, TFWS), category and also according to the home or other than home university.

There is a very less chance to get Govt college.

You can get into Northeast NIts if Any of northeast state having NIT is your home state.

Sorry to say but even if you belong to obc caobc category to get admission in NITs under CSE branch you need to score a rank below 20k. As the cse is among the core branches of engineering hence it's cutoffs are also very high. But you can easily get

Dear Aspirant, I think you are getting something wrong. This university isn't offered that cs means computer science courses. This university only offers the Civil, electrical and mechanical engineering in the B. Tech program.
