The rank to get Computer Science Engineering is different in different NITs. 

But if you want best NIT(like NIT Tiruchirappalli), then you should get a rank within 3000.

And if you want in a good NIT then a minimum of 7000 rank.

Best colleges in south India are vit, srm, kit . You can try for this colleges . But in my suggestion if you want to take admission in case then you can go for vit  . It will be best option for you to take admission in direct admission process.

Kiitee is a private college. You can complete your b.tech by this college. This college has a good placement record & infact, this college has a good lab department too. College has a good infrastructure also. You can definitely do your b.sc from this college. Best of luck. Hope

It will not be possible for you to get CS or IT in one of the top 15 Engineering Colleges through COMEDK but, you can get ECE branch in N.M.A.M. Institute of Technology whose cutoff rank is 30,000 and average placement is 4.5 LPA.
