i am sorry to say getting the seat in GIT belgaum is having low chances though having the 1G category where as the last year cut off was 9k in computer science for the more info i would suggest in the below link

You should have got very easily the branches like civil or metallurgy engineering at Jadavpur University but due to 90 percent sudden reservation for the internal students the chances of yours getting the college is very low. You may get power engineering there.
