Sorry to say that you not eligible for the CSE branch with this much score in JEE Mains examination through OBC category. You may get branches like Civil engineering in Northeastern NITs like NIT mizoram, nagaland, etc. I hope you have got the point.

There is no way to get direct admission in 2nd year in any college, basically BITS if you talk about. The college is one of the premier institutes of the country. According to its admission modality, it doesn't offer any kind of direct admissions in the second year.

Your rank seems good in PGCET but the I want to you inform you that most of the seats are filled with the GATE candidates and you also hve not that good rank in PGCET. So chances are very low for good colleges but you can get seats in private
