As per the previous year cutoff trend, you should aim to score a rank under 5000 to get a seat in CSE branch in VIT Vellore. However, the cutoff and difficulty level varies from year to year.

If you are getting marks in 200 than you will have general rank in 5000. So it is a very good rank. The good  NITs where you can get CSE are-

Jaipur, nagpur, rouerkela, calicut, jamshedpur, patna,etcc... you have good chances of IT in warangal, surathkal, allahabad. And

Yes, definitely. I think paper was tough at 3 rd morng. So u can expect cs branch at coep.

mit is one of the best institution in india to study computer science. it has good placement record and infrastructure,. 

however cutoff changes every year. as per the previous year cutoff you need to score 150+ to get computer science in mit.
