getting this rank is not easy by  marks and yes by categories and reservtions.

well as u have written the exam EAMCET conducted by JNTUA ,u would have to wait for the results given for the eamcet and cut of rank for computer science engineering in that particular college and then u can apply for counselling and course will be alloted to

You'd be giving a preference only if there was a comparison. From personal experience, don't even think of going to Manipal Jaipur. Please go for VIT Vellore or keep other options available as the crowd in Manipal Jaipur isn't good at all and the campus facilities and environment
