Sure you can, 75 % is good enough. Most of the state run and priviate run colleges stipulate 60 % as minimum eligibility to get into undergraduate courses. Almost all the colleges in India accept JEE MAIN score for B. Tech/ B. E courses except for few priviate universities.

To get CSE in main campus the minimum rank required is around 15000 to 20000 according to previous years admission intakes. So if your rank is below 20000 you can get CSE  branch and also have a decent choice of specialisation in cse branch.
