It is impossible to predict CAT score because sometimes 90 percentile candidate get admission at IIM  and sometimes it gets low as 60 percentile.there is drastic change in percentile.

At about 69k rank and obc rank 18758 you can not get cs/it at iet lucknow as this is a good college and cutoffs of this college are not very high so there is no point being in false hope but yes you can participate in the counselling and hope

As per icsi rules cseet result is valid only for one year from the date of declaration of result.unfortunately your cseet result wont work after graduation.you have to reappear for the cseet if you register for cs executive after 1 year.
