So in 31963 rank in COMEDK 2021 you don't get CSE in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore.

But if you chose another branch you have good chance to get Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore.

It is tough for you to get a government seat in this rank . Also you are unable to get a NIT . But don't loose hope because there are many colleges in MP those who are accept these ranks and you will get cse on that.

Not only cse but also getting a seat is difficult too.

yes you can do both at a time . But You are allowed to hold any one Certificate of Practice. So, you will get full recognitions of being a CA (Chartered Accountant) & a CS (Company Secretary) but you cannot practice as both of them.
