It is tough for you to get a government seat in this rank . Also you are unable to get a NIT . But don't loose hope because there are many colleges in MP those who are accept these ranks and you will get cse on that.

If you belong to general category, then unfortunately you can't get cse at any of the above mentioned colleges.

Not only cse but also getting a seat is difficult too.

With your percentile you can try at some other  colleges like:-

• BIT meshra
• Lnmiit
• Thapar
• Pec
• Chandigarh university

As your rank is 46000 you have a very little chance of getting Computer Science seat in Government College. But you can go for Aided colleges. Even they have less fees when compared to the private colleges.

yes you can do both at a time . But You are allowed to hold any one Certificate of Practice. So, you will get full recognitions of being a CA (Chartered Accountant) & a CS (Company Secretary) but you cannot practice as both of them.
