The both colleges which you have mentioned that is COEP and VJTI are top colleges in the state of Maharashtra and due to which the level of this colleges are quite and hence they required a very high marks in there particular entrance exams so that you become eligible

I would suggest you to opt CSE in VIT Vellore. As you have mentioned that Plaksha University is starting its first batch in 2021, so we have no records of placements, facilities etc. On the other hand, VIT Vellore campus is popular for its placement records as well
