It is better you prefer SRM Ghaziabad because SRM is offering good placements in computer science engineering compared to the vit bhopal in recent times the naac rating for SRM in terms of placements.

In your question you have passed your 10th class  and have no computer subject in 12th standard examination. If you have science subject in 12th standard examination you can take any computer courses in BSc IT BSC Computer Science or BE Computer Science Engineering or BTech computer science

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you do both B.C.A + M.C.A if you take commerce with maths or computer as you will have one subject that is maths or computer which is basic requirement of doing B.C.A + M.C.A. As

Yeah! Its very possible for you to do a job in the field of CSE even if you are from civil engineering. Infact you will see that in most of the companies like TCS, WIPRO etc there are lot of people working from Civil, Mechanical and Electrical branches in programming
