I would like to tell you that in CSE you have to hook onto your laptop for almost the whole day. So it can be understood that how much pressure your eyes would have to go through. As you told that your eyes are already having power -7, so I can just say please look at this point which I mentioned above before taking any decision.

There are many colleges in Bangalore offering M.tech in Computer science engineering. The course fees varies from college to college.
The tuition fees for per semester is ranged between Rs37,000 to Rs, 1,60,000 per semester.
in addition , students need to pay hostel fees which cost about Rs 28,000 per smester to Rs. 40,000 per semester depending on the facilities provided.
