as per the results of previous year, with your mentioned rank and category, you might not be able to get a seat in the top NITs, but you are eligible for a seat in NITs such as NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Manipur, NIT Sikkim, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Nagaland

A Common Rank of 24000 and EWS of 3200 looks pretty dismal as it won't fetch you any seat in any IIT. The number of seats in all IITs together is just above 11000 . Also for the EWS category the number of seats resrved is close to 500 .
