with your rank, it is impossible to get NIT campus. 2 lakh closing rank is only for home state quota plus general category. for open state and reservation category:- maximum possible closing rank will go upto 50k.

Both the colleges are very good.The ranking of ceg is 14th which is very good while the ranking of psg is 49th by Ministry of Human Resource Development(MHRD).Teachers and faculties are good in both the colleges but you will get more exposure in ceg then psg.PSG is autonomous
