You have not mentioned your state which is very important in admissions at 6595 you may get admissions into NITs lower branches but all depends on your state. But you can sit for spot rounds you have chances of getting NITs there.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE branch any of the NITs/IITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission

You have mentioned your category so i'll be answering assuming you to be open category. So your percentile is quite low for NITs and thus you have no chance of getting admission in NITs, IIITs etc. you should go for other colleges too.
