You need not to worry much about percentile if you are ST and want to get admission in CSE in BIT Sindri. Score around 85 percentile and you are more than on the safer side.

Based on previous years cut offs, IIT Delhi is tad difficult. Having said that, you might have a chance at:

IIITDM: Smart Manufacturing

NIT Silchar: CSE

IIEST: Materials Science and Technology

MANIT: Computer Networking

Now this is based on 2019 after Round 4 data and cut offs

If you are of the general category, then the marks needed to get Computer Science in Vellore Institute of Technology or VIT ( main branch ) approximately  90+. Because a 90+ score in VITEEE will get a sub 7000 rank. In 2017, VIT's CSE cutoff rank was 6800

According to this formula your rank would be around 15,700. According to the last year's trend

You need at least 40% in 12th class to be eligible for NEET Exam.

In NEET the competition is tough. Even after having obc quota yo have to fight hard. Try to get 550-600 in NEET and you will get
