With this percentile you surely have the chances to get a nit or any govt college and also you are eligible for the jee advance.  With this percentile you can get the mechanical and electrical branch surely but for the cse it is not sure still.

To study in any engineering college at first you need to clear the jee main examination.  Then you have to choose the college by your rank and then choose the trade. Basically for NITs and govt engineering colleges you need to have 75% in your class 12 or equivalent

This is the expected cutoff 2020 of the college under the Delhi University:-

SGTB Khalsa College -

General - 91.75-96.50%

Sikh Minority - 85-89%
