It depends upon you  whether you prefer placements ,good package only or you prefer your interest over the latest trends 

As far as bright future and high packages are concerned no doubt CSE and IT are at top no other branch is not even in competition , though

Ayush as per your marks it seems that you have very bleak chances of getting admission in delhi that too in cse. 

I suggest you to fill in for improvement because not if 75 per cent, at least 60 per cent is required to get admission in a good college.
