The BIT (Bengal institute of technology) is a college undertaken by Techno India Group. The placements are good in the college but not excellent. In the recent years, the placements are not up to the mark. The average package offered by the company that visit is around 3LPA

Sibce you have not mentioned the name of exam , i consider the exam to be TNEA and 31000 to be your TNEA overall rank.
Considering your rank and the previous year TNEA cutoffs for kongu university for CSE,you do not have chances of getting a CSE seat
Your rank is good enough to get a CSE branch. You are highly interested in CSE branch and you can get best colleges also.
