Cs engineering only concentrates on computer science engineering as in only the core computer science subjects are taught.

Whereas,CS and business systems concentrates on learning few subjects like humanities and that are more related to business systems along with computer engineering.

BVP CET 

According to previous years cutoff you can easily get CS in BVP CET.  Because according to previous years cutoff its seen that you only need rank under 500. And as your rank is 145 which is damn good you can easily get admission.
