The college timings for sk somaiya generally starts at 9:30 and ends at 5:15 but sometimes  it starts at 10:30 if the first lecture is not there and ends early if last lecture is not there

YES, you can get CSE branch in HBTU, Kanpur based on your OBC rank i.e. 20k and based on previous year cutoffs.
