You haven't stated the entrance exam you have appeared. If the details provided is of JEE Mains then you can apply for any NIT college accross India you will get an CSE branch also. You have the eligibilty. NIT are the best college after IIT.

At your rank, you won't get CSE in any NIT not even North Eastern NITs. I would suggest you to look for other options. You may get state government colleges which accept JEE Main's rank. Or you can get admission in private colleges.
